By accessing or purchasing from Blush Wears, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Account & Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed.
2. Products & Pricing
Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing. Images are for illustration; actual colors may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order placed on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we confirm shipment.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order ships (except for Cash on Delivery orders, where payment is collected at delivery). We use secure third-party processors for card payments and do not store card details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened unless defective. Non-intimate items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unopened, unused condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, images, text, designs — is owned by or licensed to Blush Wears and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blush Wears is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
